Mr. Singhania is an alumni of St. Xavier's College, Kolkata and completed his graduation in Commerce. He is associated with the Company for more than 22 years. During these years, he has gathered considerable knowledge and thorough experience in all aspects of the tea plantation and marketing business. He is an active member of West Bengal Regional Committee of ITA for quite some time. He anchors policy, strategy planning and execution. He leads the management team in the achievement of targeted goals year after year.
Mrs. Sarita Singhania

Mrs. Singhania is an arts graduate from Kurukshetra University, Haryana, and is associated with the Company since 1996. She has wide experience in tea industry and now she looks after day to day business operation of the company.
Mr. Kiran Nanoo Desai
Non-Executive Independent Director
Mr. Kiran Nanoo Desai graduate is on Board since 1st December, 2020. He is a Senior Cambridge and Bachelor of Commerce from St. Xaviers, Calcutta. He was associated with Macneill & Barry Ltd during the year 1972-76 as a Sales Officer. From 1977-1989 he was associated with Carritt Moran & Co. as a Senior Executive. During the year 1990-2011 he was associated with Tata Tea Ltd as a Vice President. Till 2019 he was in the Board of Directors of Rydak Tea Syndicate. Currently he is in the Board of Directors of Parcon (India) Pvt. Ltd.
Mr. Ravindra Suchanti
Non-Executive Independent Director
Mr. Ravindra Suchanti is an alumni of Mayo College, Ajmer and St. Stephens College, Delhi considered amongst the premier institutes of the country. Post-Graduation in History Hons. (1975-78) Mr. Suchanti joined the tea industry as a planter with Goodricke Group Ltd., the largest tea plantation company in the world and served at the companies Darjeeling and Dooars estates over (1979-82). Was Part of the team which won "The best run tea estate Award" and helped produce the Highest selling Darjeeling Tea in 1980, Mr. Suchanti has published numerous reports relating to auctions and the tea industry with specific relevance to market movements.
Mr. Navin Nayar
Non-Executive Independent Director
Mr. Nayar is a Chartered Accountant. He has vast experience in the field of accountancy and finance. He has over 30 years of experience in the fields of Audit, taxation and financial services and is a consultant to many large corporates in diverse industries. He is associated with many reputed companies as Independent Director and also serves as Chairman of the Audit and member of other committees. He is currently playing a crucial role in ensuring financial transparency, compliance with regulations, and informed decision-making in various companies.
Mr. Devang Singhania

Mr. Singhania, a Graduate on Entrepreneurship & Management from Babson College (USA), has been associated with the Company as a Business Development Executive since 2014 and has significant expertise in the tea industry. His leadership and vision have been instrumental in driving operational excellence, business integration, and overall growth of the Company.
ESTATE MANAGERS
Mr. Amit Banerjee, has been the General Manager of Diana Tea Estate since September 2022. He brings over four decades of hands-on experience in running and managing tea garden affairs. Mr. Banerjee is proficient in all agricultural practices related to tea plantation and manufacturing. He has held senior positions in other tea companies. He is highly skilled in man management, possesses strong communication skills, and has a proven aptitude for maintaining positive industrial relations. His analytical abilities are a key strength, consistently helping to achieve targets.Mr. Mriganka Bhattacharjee, has been the Manager at Baintgoorie Tea Estate of Diana Tea Company Limited since July, 2024. He is a graduate in Bioscience and have completed his post graduate in tea management from the prestigious National Institute of Tea Management, West Bengal. He brings with him an impressive 31 years of work experience, garnered from various tea estates across the Dooars and Terai regions. His extensive background in these areas provides him with invaluable insights into the local operations and challenges. His focus will be on achieving sustainable growth, enhancing profitability, and driving operational excellence.
Mr. Rakesh Gaur, a Graduate from Govt. Autonomous College, Ajmer and Post Graduate done from Ajmer University. He joined the Company in the year 2007 and serving as the Manager of the Company's Good Hope Tea Estate. He has got more than 25 years experience in the Tea Industry. Before Joining Good Hope he worked in Orthodox Garden in Darjeeling.
