Mr. Singhania is an alumni of St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata and completed his graduation in Commerce. He is associated with the Company for more than 22 years. During these years, he has gathered considerable knowledge and thorough experience in all aspects of the tea plantation and marketing business. He is an active member of West Bengal Regional Committee of ITA for quite some time. He anchors policy, strategy planning and execution. He leads the management team in the achievement of targeted goals year after year.
Mrs. Sarita Singhania

Mrs. Singhania is an arts graduate from Kurukshetra University, Haryana, and is associated with the Company since 1996. She has wide experience in tea industry and now she looks after day to day business operation of the company.
Mr. Harish Parekh
Non-Executive Independent Director
Inducted in the Board on 14th July, 2005. Mr. Parekh has over 50 years of experience in tea industry. He retired as Chairman of world's largest tea broking Company i.e. M/s. J. Thomas & Co. Pvt. Ltd. He was the Chief Executive Officer of Project India Blend Ltd., He is currently serving as Marketing Advisor and Quality Consultant to some of the top tea producing companies. He is on the Board of several reputed tea companies.
Mr. Kiran Nanoo Desai
Non-Executive Independent Director
Mr. Kiran Nanoo Desai graduate is on Board since 1st December, 2020. He is a Senior Cambridge and Bachelor of Commerce from St. Xaviers, Calcutta. He was associated with Macneill & Barry Ltd during the year 1972-76 as a Sales Officer. From 1977-1989 he was associated with Carritt Moran & Co. as a Senior Executive. During the year 1990-2011 he was associated with Tata Tea Ltd as a Vice President. Till 2019 he was in the Board of Directors of Rydak Tea Syndicate. Currently he is in the Board of Directors of Parcon (India) Pvt. Ltd.
Mr. Gautam Bhalla

Mr. Gautam Bhalla is on Board since 27th February, 2015. After his graduation from St. Stephens College, Delhi in Economics (Hons) he started his career with Procter & Gamble Ltd. He was also worked with Duncans Brothers and Warren Tea Ltd. in various capacities. He was the Chairman of CTTA in the year 1996-98. He was in charge of Pakistan Desk in ITA. He is also advisor of various tea companies and has in depth knowledge of all major bulk tea markets n India.

Mrs. Sarita Singhania (DIN: 00343786) is a commerce graduate and has been associated with the Company for more than 25 years and has thorough experience of the tea industry. Her sharp intellect, key insight and logical analysis on various issues along with her valuable inputs always enhance the performance of the Company.
ESTATE MANAGERS
Mr. Sudarshan Kumar Babal is the Chief General Manager of the Group and posted at Diana Tea Garden. He is an Honours Graduate in Humanities and a holder of Diploma in H.R.D.He is in the Tea Industry for the last four and half decades out which sixteen years have been at Diana. Under him Diana Tea Garden won the prestigious Quality Tea Manufacture competition held by C.I.I at Siliguri in 2013, 2014 and 2015. The Garden was then presented with the Queen and King of Dooars award.He has also held the position of Chairman Dooars Branch of Indian Tea Association in 2012 and 2013 and Vice Chairman of North Bengal Regional R&D Centre, Nagrakata in 2017 and 2018.Ujjal Chandra Roy,completed schooling from St. Paul's School, Darjeeling and a Commerce Graduate from Lucknow University having 35 years of experience in Tea Industry.He has worked in Dooars, Darjeeling and Assam having a good exposure to the best grown areas in North-East India in both Orthodox and CTC Teas.He has been involved in Large scale development programme for the estates-keeping a balance of current and future needs for sustainability of the estates. Mr. Roy joined the Company in the year 2020 and serving as the Senior Manager of the Company's Baintgoorie Tea Estate.
Rakesh Gaur, a Graduate from Govt. Autonomous College, Ajmer and Post Graduate done from Ajmer University. He joined the Company in the year 2007 and serving as the Manager of the Company's Good Hope Tea Estate. He has got more than 25 years experience in the Tea Industry. Before Joining Good Hope he worked in Orthodox Garden in Darjeeling.
